After installation, when first opening the app, you see a notification that the developer of the app isn't trusted on your device.

Dismiss this message, Tap Settings > General > Profiles & Device Management. Under the "Enterprise App" heading, you see a profile for Hydrite. Tap it and tap Trust "Hydrite, Inc". You should now be able to run the App.
